Delete your account

1. What gets deleted

Deleting your CertPrep account permanently removes:

• your account profile (name, username, email);
• practice sessions, answers, and scores;
• topic progress and readiness data; and
• AI tutor conversation history.

This is a hard delete — the data cannot be recovered, and your username/email can be reused if you register again later.

2. Delete in the mobile app (recommended)

1. Open the CertPrep Android app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm again.

You will be signed out immediately. The same flow is available on the web app under your profile when signed in.

3. Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@cloudklass.academy from the same email address registered on your account. Include:

• your CertPrep username; and
• a clear request to delete the account.

We process email requests within a few business days and reply when the deletion is complete.
