No. CertPrep is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). We help you prepare for their examinations; we have no connection to either body.

We cover the full ICAN Skills level — all six papers (AAF, FR, TAX, PM, FM, PSAF) — and the full ANAN Professional Examination A suite — all eight papers (PEA1–PEA8). Every paper includes study notes, practice questions, and AI tutoring grounded in that body's official syllabus.

Yes. Each week we publish Concept of the Week, a short video taking one concept from the ICAN or ANAN syllabus — the kind that costs candidates marks — and explaining how the examiner expects it to be answered. The episodes are built from the same past questions and marking guides used inside CertPrep, so they are a fair sample of the teaching. Free on YouTube, no account needed. The videos use a synthetic AI presenter.

For written scenario questions, your answer is scored against a rubric modelled on real examiner marking schemes — the same mark-allocation logic used in the exam hall. You get a mark out of the question's real total (say, 14/20) plus specific feedback on which points earned marks and which were missed.

Yes, where labelled. Questions labelled with a diet badge (for example, “Real past exam question — Nov 2024”) are genuine past examination questions — today these cover all six ICAN Skills papers (ANAN PEA practice is original generated material), and we are expanding coverage diet by diet. The explanations and model answers are our own original work. The rest of the question bank is original AI-generated practice material written from each body's official syllabus. It is generated, not individually checked by a person, so it can contain errors — if something looks wrong, please report it and we will correct it.

No, and we never will — no honest provider can. What CertPrep gives you is the mechanism that passing candidates use: real questions, honest marking, and relentless focus on your weak syllabus areas.

Pricing is per diet cycle — ₦25,000 per paper, or ₦40,000 for two papers in the same diet, VAT inclusive. Every purchase carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. Not a time-limited trial, but you can use the real thing before paying. On every paper one complete topic is open to any signed-in account — its study notes, its practice questions, your written answers marked mark by mark, and the AI tutor for that topic. Look for the Free samplelabel in the topic list. It does not expire, and it needs no card. The rest of that paper's topics need an unlocked paper for the diet, and the full ICAN and ANAN syllabus stays browsable either way, as does your saved progress. If you do unlock a paper and it is not helping, we refund you in full — within 7 days, on these conditions.

We collect the minimum needed to run the service — your name, email, and study activity — and handle it under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Your answers are processed by AI providers solely to mark and tutor you. We never sell your data, and you can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
