No. CertPrep is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). We help you prepare for their examinations; we have no connection to either body.

We cover AAF (Audit, Assurance and Forensics) at the ICAN Skills level, and PEA4 (Auditing and Assurance Services) at the ANAN Professional Examination A level — with more papers from both bodies on the way. Each is built on that body's own official syllabus.

For written scenario questions, your answer is scored against a rubric modelled on real examiner marking schemes — the same mark-allocation logic used in the exam hall. You get a mark out of the question's real total (say, 14/20) plus specific feedback on which points earned marks and which were missed.

Yes, where labelled. Questions labelled with a diet badge (for example, “Real past exam question — Nov 2024”) are genuine past examination questions. The explanations and model answers are our own original work, and the rest of the question bank is original AI-generated practice material reviewed against the syllabus.

No, and we never will — no honest provider can. What CertPrep gives you is the mechanism that passing candidates use: real questions, honest marking, and relentless focus on your weak syllabus areas.

During early access, CertPrep is free. At launch, pricing is per diet cycle — indicatively ₦15,000 (early bird) to ₦25,000 per paper, with a two-paper bundle at ₦40,000, VAT inclusive. See Pricing for details.

The platform is fully working but young, and we're improving it quickly with feedback from real candidates. Early-access users study free; in return we ask for honest feedback. Features may evolve, and we'll always tell you before anything significant changes.

We collect the minimum needed to run the service — your name, email, and study activity — and handle it under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Your answers are processed by AI providers solely to mark and tutor you. We never sell your data, and you can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
