Refund Policy

1. Trial access

Trial access costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This policy applies once you purchase access to a paper for a diet cycle.

2. The rule (fair trial)

You get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have only lightly tried the paper. In practice, that means all of the following still hold for that paper:

• fewer than 15 questions attempted;
• fewer than 3 distinct topics with any practice;
• fewer than 10 tutor messages; and
• no completed full mock for that paper.

That is enough to properly try the platform while keeping the rule fair — if you have done substantial study with the material, the purchase stands.

3. How to request one

Email support@cloudklass.academy from your account email with the word “refund” in the subject. No long justification needed. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. What isn't refundable

• purchases older than 7 days;
• purchases where the fair-trial thresholds above have been exceeded;
• examination outcomes — access fees relate to the study platform, not your result.

5. Fairness override

If something on our side genuinely stopped you from studying — an extended outage, a billing error, a duplicate charge — we will make it right regardless of the rule above. Just write to us.
