Refund Policy

1. During early access

CertPrep is currently free while in early access, so there is nothing to refund. This policy describes the rules that will apply once paid plans launch.

2. The rule (simple on purpose)

When you buy access to a paper for a diet cycle, you get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have attempted fewer than 20 questions. That's enough to properly try the platform while keeping the rule fair — if you've done substantial study with the material, the purchase stands.

3. How to request one

Email support@cloudklass.academy from your account email with the word “refund” in the subject. No justification needed. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. What isn't refundable

• purchases older than 7 days;
• purchases where 20 or more questions have been attempted;
• examination outcomes — access fees relate to the study platform, not your result.

5. Fairness override

If something on our side genuinely stopped you from studying — an extended outage, a billing error, a duplicate charge — we will make it right regardless of the rule above. Just write to us.
